Full-time package with newborn cloth diapers

With these newborn cloth diapers, you get a super easy and very comfortable diaper for your child, with soft bamboo fabric against the skin. Both the waterproof cover and the bamboo insert are washed together in the machine – super easy! The cloth diapers are breathable and you avoid questionable chemistry on the sensitive new baby skin. In addition, you save the environment for the production and disposal of lots of single-use nappies.

These cloth diapers are super easy to use and they are a really good starter nappy for those of you who are new to the cloth nappies!

A newborn diaper consists of a waterproof cover and an absorbent insert. The insert is placed loosely in the cover before the nappy is put on the child.

They are really easy to put on, and you can adjust the size so that it fits your baby. Both the cover and insert are washed at each diaper change.

Newborn Cover

The cloth nappy cover for newborns is made of the waterproof TPU fabric, which is durable and machine washable. It is thin, soft and delicious and can be adjusted with the buttons on the front of the nappy to suit your child. The cover fits newborns weighing from approx. 2.5 kg to approx. 6 kg.

Newborn Insert

The newborn insert is made of soft and delicious bamboo terry fabric, which is gentle on the sensitive baby skin. It is folded in three and placed loosely in the cloth diaper cover. Bamboo is really good to have against the skin to avoid nappy rash!

Nice to have:

The nice to have (but not strictly necessary) that you can choose to buy alongside the package:

• An extra Pail Liner – It’s nice to have a Pail Liner to put in your diaper pail when the other one is in the washing machine.
• More cloth wipes – you can’t have enough of them! Better to have too many than too little. You usually use 1-2 pieces at each nappy change, so 30 pieces is nice to have.
• WeeCare Lanolin Ointment! – It is indispensable if your child has a (tendency to) red bum!! Repairs the skin super effectively and can also be used for many other things!
• 2 extra wetbags, so you have 4 in total. They are just super useful and nice to have. And you want to be sure you have a clean one to take with you when you’re about to leave the door!
• A few boosters – if you are lucky enough to have a newborn who takes some really long naps, then you may need a little extra absorbency in the diaper in the form of this super absorbent hemp booster.

Tips:

• When your child outgrows the newborn nappies, you can switch to WeeCare Easy in size medium. You can advantageously use the newborn insert in Easy Covers as long as it absorbs enough for your needs. This solution does not weigh as much on the bottom as, for example, the Onesize Insert, which is good to use when they get a little bigger and pee more 🙂 The inserts for newborns can therefore be used for a long time, and are a really good investment!
• The easiest time to start cloth diapering your child is before they start eating solid food! At this age, washing and handling faeces is super simple! Read more about it in the section on handling cloth nappies with stool.
• We recommend having 30 newborn covers and 30 newborn inserts if you use cloth nappies full-time. Then it fits with a washing machine full, you have enough nappies for approx. 3 days’ use and you therefore wash every second or third day.
