All prices in the webshop are listed in Danish kroner and are inclusive of VAT etc. Prices are continually updated. Following cards are acceptable:
MobilePay, Dankort, VISA, Marstercard and PayPal.
Orders are shipped out with DAO, GLS or PostNord. Orders will be sent out withing 1-2 working days and the shipping time within Denmark is 1-4 working days. Shipping time outside Denmark is 1-2 weeks. There may be instances, where delivery will take a little longer. I such case, we will let you know by email.
If you have not picked up your package at the package store in the given time frame or if you have entered the wrong name or address of your order, the package will return to WeeCare. We reserve the right to charge a fee equal to our actual cost to ship the package to you again.

When you use the right of withdrawal, you must pay for shipping when you return the product to us. You have 14 days to withdraw from the receipt of the goods, defined as 14 days to notify WeeCare and 14 days to return. You can in this period unpack and see the product and still use this right. You can look at the goods in the same way as you normally can in a physical store. When returning an item which has been put into use, you are liable for any impairment of the goods. The valuation is made of WeeCare. In order to receive the entire purchase amount return you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You must test the product, but do not take it in actual use. When returning, it is you as the buyer that is liable for the product if it is lost or damaged during return shipping. You can not undo by simply reject the goods without being given us clear message on this. If you choose to return a package, by not picking it up or deny receipt, the costs that come with the return be on you as a buyer – in the same way as it would do if you returned otherwise. If you do not pick up the package, it will be returned to WeeCare. If you want the package sent again, you will have to pay for a new delivery
If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs as a result of your own choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will return your payment in the same way that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product, unless you have been supplied evidence of having sent back the package. If you regret your purchase, the item must be sent to:

You can also regret your purchase by delivering the products personally at the above address, against prior agreement with WeeCare.
According to the Danish “købeloven” you have a warranty for 24 months on all products. This means that you can either get the product repaired or replaced, refunded or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. It is however a prerequisite that these defects are not caused by your incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior that has led to shortages. You must complain within a reasonable time after you have found the defect. If you complain within 2 months, it is always considered as being within a reasonable time. We will refund reasonable freight costs that you may have in connection with returning the product when the claim is justified.
NOTE: Before you send an item back please contact WeeCare because we may not have to get the product in hand to make a decision. We can sometimes just see a picture of the damage.
If the product is sent back without agreement, we will NOT cover any costs for the returning. In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:
WeeCare respects all requests for confidentiality of personal data that you submit to WeeCare’s webshop. In addition, we are aware of the need for appropriate protection and proper processing of your personal data. WeeCare records and processes personal data in accordance with the rules in force at any time.
By using WeeCare.dk or ordering goods in WeeCare’s webshop, you agree that WeeCare records and processes your personal data in accordance with the below.
You can use www.weecare.dk without telling us who you are or providing personal information about yourself.
In order for WeeCare to trade and deliver goods, news and other services, we need certain personal information that you provide, for example, when you:
- Make a purchase in WeeCare’s webshop
- Sign up for a newsletter
- Participates in a competition
- Sends a message via the contact form, or
- In addition, personal information is provided to us via WeeCare.dk or otherwise
By submitting personal data, you agree that WeeCare processes the personal data, including that WeeCare:
- Records the personal information you provide including name, address, telephone number, e-mail and other information
- Records information about the purchases you make at WeeCare.dk
WeeCare does not sell, assign or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties and does not store information about your means of payment, such as credit card card numbers, bank account numbers or the like. The personal data submitted are stored for 5 years, in order to comply with the provisions of the Accounting Act, after which they are automatically anonymized in our IT systems.
The purpose of the registration and processing of personal data is to be able to deliver purchased goods to you, as well as assist in any errors and deficiencies in connection with ordering and delivery.
You have the right to:
- Get informed about which personal information WeeCare has registered about you
- Get inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant personal information
- Get your registered personal information transferred to third parties
- Ask to delete all personal data
You may at any time withdraw consent for the processing of personal data by WeeCare. However, this does not affect the legality of the previous treatment based on the consent before its withdrawal.
