And you can also save a lot of money, as these panty liners can last for many years to come if you take good care of them. Switching to reusable panty liners is a green choice that you can easily implement in your everyday life!
Size and materials:
• 18 cm long
• 100% organic certified cotton as the top layer (against the skin)
• Absorbent core of organic cotton and hemp (one layer)
• Organic cotton velor on the back (one layer)
• Only natural fabric materials – no plastic!
WeeCare Panty Liners are suitable for everyday use and during menstruation periods on the days when you bleed very little. And the panty liner is perfect to use as extra security if you use tampons or a menstrual cup!
In short, this small and thin panty liner is super comfortable to wear and at the same time light and functional.
Washing and handling:
The panty liner is buttoned around the panty with a small button on the back (see picture). The panty liner can be turned both ways, as there is no waterproof layer in it. Therefore, choose the flowered solid cotton side, or the slightly softer cotton velor side. When the panty liner is used, it is simply put for washing in a small wetbag, where it is stored together with other used pads until it needs to be washed. The small waterproof wetbag can be hung near the toilet on a hook or similar.
When the panty liners are to be washed, they are first soaked in cold water for half an hour to a full hour – preferably with the bag, after which they are washed in the machine at up to 60 degrees with ordinary detergent and preferably with a pre-wash.
WeeCare are recommending to hang the Panty Liners to dry.
Shrinks approx. 10% after washing/drying.
When you buy new cloth pads or panty liners, please soak them in cold water for 12-24 hours before washing them for the first time. This will optimize the absorption capacity from the start. Then wash them together with other laundry.
