In order to protect the skin against frost and cold weather, and to prevent broken skin, add the ointment to the exposed area of the skin before you go out in the cool weather. The exposed area, you add the ointment to, could be your baby\u2019s cheeks or hands before he or she will take a nap in the baby carriage outside, or it could be your own hands which easily become dry in the cold weather.<\/p>\n

The ointment is also really good to protect a baby butt that reacts to wearing a diaper with pee. Simply add the ointment to the clean and dry skin before you give your child a diaper on; the beeswax in the ointment will then create a protecting barrier on the skin, which ensures that the pee cannot penetrate the skin and thus irritate the child.<\/p>\n

2) Repairs damaged skin<\/h2>\n
